LOS ANGELES INDONESIAN FILM FESTIVAL 2015: OPEN SUBMISSION FOR FEATURE AND SHORT FILMS

The film submission forms for both Feature Film and Short Film are up and looking forward to receiving all of your movies!

Deadlines:
Opening Submission Date : August 10, 2015
Final Submission Date : September 30. 2015 (NO LATE SUBMISSIONS)
Submission Checklist Material : September 30th, 2015 – October 16th, 2015 for SELECTED SHORT FILMS

Final Decision and Announcement : October 17, 2015
(FEATURE FILM)

1. BETWEEN AUGUST 10th – SEPTEMBER 30th 2015, Email your submission to SUBMISSION@LA-IFF.ORG with the subject title format:

For feature film program, subject email format: (FEATURE FILM), (original title of the film), (duration in minutes), (year of completion), (position) (name), (cellphone)

For example : FEATURE, PENDEKAR TONGKAT EMAS, 112 MINUTES, 2014, ANDANARI, PUBLICIST, 08119930321

In the attachment, please give us the submission form that filled out with the information about your films

2. BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 30TH – OCTOBER 16TH 2015 We will contact the finalists of the selected short film to collect their submission checklist materials:
– 3 Film stills (digital image only)
– BluRay (highest quality) WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES if the original language is not in English.
– Or DCP format of the film
We will also ask additional material like press kit or trailer if available For more details about the procedure of the submission checklist materials, we will let you know via email if your film gets selected into our final round.

3. FINAL DECISION AND ANNOUNCEMENT: OCTOBER 17, 2015

(SHORT FILM)
1. BETWEEN AUGUST 10th – SEPTEMBER 30th 2015,

Email your submission to SUBMISSION@LA-IFF.ORG with the subject title format:

For short film program: FROM INDONESIA WITH LOVE (FROM INDONESIA), (original title of the film), (duration in minutes), (year of completion), (director name), (cellphone)
This is for submissions from Indonesia,
For example: FROM INDONESIA, BUKU HARIAN, 7 MINUTES, 2015, Roland Wiryawan, 08119910321

Or, for short film program: FROM US WITH LOVE
(FROM US), (original title of the film), (duration in minutes), (year of completion), (director name), (cellphone)
This is for submission from United States, for example:
FROM US, CHEERS FROM HEAVEN, 4 MINUTES, 2015, Erik Santoso, +13233607002

In the body of the email, give us the link to your short film, either private or public youtube link, private or public vimeo link, dropbox link. Short films need to have ENGLISH SUBTITLES
